Domestic: If your item is in stock, your package will ship 1-2 business days after you place your order. Inside of the United States shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. If you need it sooner, consider shopping on our Amazon or upgrading your shipment to priority shipping.

Holiday Shipping Notice
Orders placed between 11/15–12/17 may experience a 3–5 day shipping delay. Our warehouse team will be working hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience during this busy season.

For guaranteed delivery by 12/24, orders must be placed by 12/17. However, we strongly recommend ordering earlier, as shipping delays are common this time of year and are outside of our control.

If you are concerned about getting it before a certain date, please reach out and we will do our best to help. You can pick expedited options at checkout if you need it sooner.

Once it leaves our warehouse, we have little control over the package. Your best bet is to contact the shipping company (USPS, DHL or UPS).

Pre-order Items: Items on preorder have expected ship dates in their product listing. Our team will update you if anything changes.

International: If you are outside of the United States shipping can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months...depending on where you live. After shipping the product we have zero control over how fast your package get to you. 

 

Customs

Before ordering PLEASE check your local customs/tax fees. These fees are upon you to pay and are NOT the responsibility of Gravel. The customs fees will be a fee set by your country. These fees are on top of the product and shipping fees that you already paid. We will do everything in our legal power to help you to not pay these fees but we will not break the law to do so.
