Lifetime Warranty Terms:

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Failures or breakages that make your product non-functional

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, stains, blemishes, or normal wear & tear)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or intentional destruction

  • Items we don’t manufacture (like apparel)

  • Garage Sale products (brand new but sold final sale with minor cosmetic flaws)

The Guarantee

If any part of your Gravel gear becomes non-functional or defective, we’ll repair or replace it with an item in the same or better condition.

A quick note:

  • Cosmetic wear isn’t covered. A scuff or scratch is just proof your gear’s been on the road with you.

  • Same or better condition. When possible, we’ll replace gear with open-box or refurbished items. Everything is quality-checked, clean, and backed by the same lifetime guarantee.


Limitations

  • Apparel, patches, Garage Sale items, hats, toothbrushes, face masks, carabiners, and patches are final sale and are not covered by our standard lifetime warranty.

  • Cosmetic wear (stains, scratches, etc.) isn’t covered—it’s part of the story your gear tells over time.

  • Please don’t treat our warranty like a free pass to misuse or intentionally damage your gear. We reserve the right to deny claims in cases of misuse, neglect, or intentional destruction.

  • Lost or stolen items aren’t covered—we recommend insuring your gear.

  • Our warranty policy may evolve in the future, but our commitment to durability and service won’t.

  • Outside The USA? We'll replace your product - all you do is pay shipping.

Gravel gear is designed to be safe and reliable, but we’re not liable for damage to your belongings, your surroundings, or for bodily injury while using our products.
