Holiday Return Policy
Eligible products at the Gravel Online Store that are received between November 1, 2023 and December 25, 2023, may be returned through January 8, 2024. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Gravel Online Store Sales and Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such products purchased. All purchases made after December 25, 2023 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

Standard Return Policy

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase with a receipt or gift receipt. Use our handy return portal to start the return process. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is okay if you take the bag out of its original packaging, please try to package it as close as you received it. 

If you put anything in the bag to test it out, please make sure everything is removed. There will be a removal fee and the contents will not be sent back.

If the bag is used, we will offer store credit or partial refund.

International Returns:

If you are outside of the United States, you will be responsible for shipping it back to us.

Make sure to include your order number somewhere in the package. 
2. E-mail us a tracking number and we will start to initiate your return. If you do not do this, you will not receive a refund.
3. Once we get your return, we will inspect your bag and issue the refund. Used bags will not be accepted and will be sent back or thrown away at the customer's discretion.
Will my original shipping costs be refunded?
Unfortunately original shipping costs and shipping insurance are both non-refundable.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Where will my refund go?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or via PayPal. If you picked store credit, you 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your tracking number to make sure the package has been received and then check your bank account again.

If you still do not see the refund contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and we will help you out.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, notify us that you want to make a return. We'll email you a return label and you can just send it back! 
If you would like to upgrade to a different bag, use the exchange function. E-mail us and we will give you the next step on how to upgrade.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue a refund until we have received the package.
