Gravel Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Overview: By participating in the Gravel Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Gravel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Affiliate Approval: Gravel reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application for any reason. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
3. Prohibited Activities: a. Coupon Sites: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from uploading Gravel coupons to coupon aggregation sites such as Rakuten, Honey, and similar platforms. Any violation of this provision may result in the immediate termination of the affiliate contract.
b. Keyword Bidding and PPC: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in keyword bidding or using pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on search engines to promote Gravel. This includes but is not limited to the use of Gravel-related terms in ad copy, ad titles, and display URLs.
4. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn commissions based on the agreed-upon commission structure outlined in the affiliate agreement. Commissions are subject to change at Gravel's discretion with notice to affiliates.
5. Payouts: Commission payouts will be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the affiliate agreement. Payments may be subject to a minimum threshold, and Gravel reserves the right to adjust or withhold payments for any reason.
6. Termination: a. Gravel reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time and for any reason.
b. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to Gravel.
c. In the event of termination, affiliates must immediately cease all promotion of Gravel and remove any Gravel-related content from their platforms.
7. Marketing and Branding Guidelines: Affiliates are expected to adhere to Gravel's marketing and branding guidelines. Any unauthorized use of Gravel's trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
8. Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their marketing activities, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.
9. Modification of Terms: Gravel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
