Shipping Update + Video From Gravel Co-Founder

As we're getting closer to shipping these bags out, we need to give an update on the timeline. We were on track for receiving the products in early March although we just heard the news that the ship carrying all rewards was delayed at a stop along the way to the USA. Somebody on the ship got COVID & the whole crew had to be replaced.

Now we're looking like we'll receive the goods at our warehouse end of March or the beginning of April. This timeframe is assuming customs takes the current average timeframe.

Our warehouse team is prepared to receive the rewards and is capable of shipping them out as soon as we get them.  

We're on track to ship your MAX Toiletry Bag order the first week of April.

These delays are spread across industries and you might have been experiencing delays with other products. Lance, one of the co-founders at Gravel, put together a detailed video of what exactly has been happening with this project that is causing delays. It's super informative to also understand what's happening in logistics at the moment as well.

I'm so sorry for the delay, we did our best to project the most accurate ship date. I know this is not what you were expecting and I want you to know that the moment they arrive at our warehouse we'll start packing them up to ship!
