This review is almost 1 year late but still needed to be sent. There was a delivery delay on my toiletry bag and it was thought to be lost and Gravel responded amazingly quickly and kindly and even provided a replacement bag. I cannot say enough how impressed I was with their efficiency and politeness. Also my search for the perfect compact toiletry bag is over.
